A stage set must be designed and scaled appropriately to the venue, considering the audience size and stage activities. The height of both the stage and set should be carefully planned to ensure optimal sightlines for both the audience and presenters. Conference sets
Conference stage sets can be designed and created in a multitude of forms. The planning should start with careful consideration of the venue size and audience capacity. Based on these factors, the heights, widths, and sizes of projection and LED video wall apertures can be easily accommodated using our extensive selection of set flats. Set colours can be introduced by covering the flats in fabric or by using stage lighting for added interest.
Simple solution
If a simpler solution is required, we offer stage sets and backdrop flats for dry hire or with complete installation and removal services. we have a selection of off the shelf backdrops and conference sets that we can supply, which we can customise with your event theme and branding.

An awards do is all about the theatre of coming to the front climbing the steps shaking hands and acknowledging the applause. So it makes sense to ask how you best want to choreograph that. Selecting the right stage height and number of steps is and important element, since people will be going up and down those steps all night. Similarly, a CEO presentation might call for a different design with fewer walk ons and maybe a fireside chat instead. These are some of the considerations before chosing the final design.
Dramatise

Embedded lighting can lend an extra aura to any stage. The magic of the presentation can be enhanced with LED strips that lift a low platform into something more special. Power and wires need to be hidden and taped for trip hazards, but this sort of thing is our daily work.
Less
is more
There are times when you want the stage simply to lift the performers without attracting attention to itself. A simple black rectangular affair is the way to go. Nothing complicated, but then sometimes the space around the platform brings the emphasis.
