Can you supply content playback and operators for the LED wall?
Yes. We supply media servers/laptops, switchers and experienced operators to manage presentations, holding slides, videos and live camera feeds throughout the event.
How long does an LED wall set-up and de-rig take?
It depends on size and rigging method. Smaller walls can be built in a couple of hours, while very large or complex configurations take longer. We’ll schedule build and break times with your venue so everything is ready well before doors open.
Do you handle power and structural support for the LED wall?
Yes. We design and supply the appropriate floor stands or truss for your LED video wall and carry out the necessary calculations to ensure the structure is suitable for your event. Our team also manages delivery, setup, operation during the event and collection afterwards, and we’ll coordinate with the venue on power access and rigging points where required.
How much does it cost to hire an LED screen?
LED wall rental costs in the UK vary significantly, from around £250-£800+ per day for small/medium indoor setups (e.g., 2m-3m wide), to potentially £1,000-£2,000+ for larger screens (5m+), and escalating much higher for large-scale festival/concert walls.
What is the difference between an LED wall and a video wall?
An LED wall uses individual light-emitting diodes for each pixel, creating a single, seamless, super-bright screen with no bezels, ideal for large-scale, outdoor, or creative shapes. In contrast, a video wall is a collection of multiple separate screens (often LCD or LED monitors) tiled together, creating a larger display but with visible gaps (bezels) between the screens.
