What audiovisual equipment can I hire?

You can hire everything from projectors, LED screens and laptops to PA systems, microphones, lighting, staging, cameras and playback kits. We match the equipment to your event size, venue and format so you’re not over- or underspecified.

Audio-visual (AV) equipment costs in the UK vary wildly, from around £20/day for a single wireless mic hire to £1,000s for large concert setups or 98-inch 4K screens, with smaller business projectors starting around £100-£300/day.

For larger conferences and shows, it’s best to confirm AV at least 4–6 weeks before the event. Smaller meetings can often be supported at shorter notice, but the earlier you book, the more choice you’ll have on equipment and crew.

We can do both. If you have an in-house team, we can provide dry hire; if you prefer full support, we’ll supply technicians to set up, operate and de-rig everything.

Yes. We can deliver to your venue, install and test the system, and return to de-rig once the event is finished. This reduces risk and saves your team having to troubleshoot unfamiliar kit.

Yes, while we’re based in Central London, we regularly support events across Greater London and the wider UK, subject to logistics and availability. Travel and accommodation, if required, are included transparently in your quote.

We’ll usually ask for your event date, venue, timings, expected guest numbers, room layout, content types (slides, video, live demo, etc.), and whether you need recording or streaming. The more detail you provide, the more precise and cost-efficient the proposal.
